The only difference is origin. IGI grades lab grown diamonds to exactly the same standards as mined diamonds.

What metals and karats do you offer?

We offer yellow gold, white gold and rose gold in 10KT, 14KT and 18KT, as well as platinum. All Fenora metals are fully recycled — no newly mined metal is used in any piece. Recycled gold and platinum are identical in quality, colour and durability to newly refined equivalents.

What is an IGI certificate?

The International Gemological Institute (IGI) is an independent diamond grading laboratory. Every diamond assessed by IGI is evaluated by trained gemologists who determine Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat weight. The certificate is the industry-standard proof of what a diamond actually is — independent of any seller's claims. Every Fenora diamond is IGI certified.

Is it safe to buy a ring online?

Yes — when diamond quality is independently IGI certified, the ring specification is confirmed in writing before production, and the ring ships fully insured. All three apply to every Fenora ring. Oval and round brilliant are the most requested shapes at Fenora, followed by cushion and emerald cut. Fenora offers 15 shapes in total — including shapes not widely available elsewhere, such as the Dutch Marquise, Portuguese, Hexagone and Lozenge cuts. What is your free resize policy?

One complimentary resize is included with every Fenora ring within 12 months of delivery. A prepaid return label is provided. The ring is resized in the Fenora workshop and returned by free express courier. Sizing adjustments are the most common aftercare request and are handled quickly.

What does the lifetime warranty cover?

Every Fenora ring carries a lifetime manufacturing warranty covering faults in the metalwork, setting and craftsmanship. Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered by the manufacturing warranty, but Fenora offers affordable repair and servicing for all pieces for the life of the ring.
