Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes — completely and entirely. A lab grown diamond is pure carbon in the diamond crystal structure — the same chemistry, the same Mohs 10 hardness, the same optical and physical properties as a mined diamond. The only difference is origin. IGI grades lab grown diamonds to exactly the same standards as mined diamonds.
How long does a Fenora ring take to make?
Every Fenora ring is made to order in 10–12 working days from confirmed order. This includes stone setting, quality inspection and secure packaging. Free insured delivery on orders over A$500 then adds 2–4 business days. We recommend allowing 12–14 days from order to delivery, and 3 weeks when timing matters.
What metals and karats do you offer?
We offer yellow gold, white gold and rose gold in 10KT, 14KT and 18KT, as well as platinum. All Fenora metals are fully recycled — no newly mined metal is used in any piece. Recycled gold and platinum are identical in quality, colour and durability to newly refined equivalents.
Can I design a custom engagement ring?
Yes — and every Fenora ring is essentially custom. Because all rings are made to order, your ring is crafted from the beginning with your specific stone, metal and design. Fenora works with you from references and brief. Custom design carries no premium at Fenora — it is how every ring begins.
How do I find her ring size secretly?
Yash shares proven methods for finding ring size discreetly during consultation. The most reliable approaches involve borrowing a ring she already wears and tracing the interior, or asking a mutual friend. One free resize is included with every Fenora ring within 60 days of delivery.
What is an IGI certificate?
The International Gemological Institute (IGI) is an independent diamond grading laboratory. Every diamond assessed by IGI is evaluated by trained gemologists who determine Cut, Colour, Clarity and Carat weight. The certificate is the industry-standard proof of what a diamond actually is — independent of any seller's claims. Every Fenora diamond is IGI certified.
Is it safe to buy a ring online?
Yes — when diamond quality is independently IGI certified, the ring specification is confirmed in writing before production, and the ring ships fully insured. All three apply to every Fenora ring. Yash shows every diamond in video before any order is placed, so you know exactly what you are receiving.
What diamond shape is most popular?
Oval and round brilliant are the most requested shapes at Fenora, followed by cushion and emerald cut. Fenora offers 15 shapes in total — including shapes not widely available elsewhere, such as the Dutch Marquise, Portuguese, Hexagon and Lozenge cuts. Yash can advise which shapes suit different finger types and settings.
What is your free resize policy?
One complimentary resize is included with every Fenora ring within 60 days of delivery. A prepaid return label is provided. The ring is resized by our jewellers in Surat and returned by free express courier. Sizing adjustments are the most common aftercare request and are handled quickly.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every Fenora ring carries a lifetime manufacturing warranty covering faults in the metalwork, setting and craftsmanship. Normal wear and accidental damage are not covered by the manufacturing warranty. See our warranty for repair and servicing options.
