15-day returns if not as described

If your piece arrives not as described, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will arrange a return.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Complimentary resize

One complimentary resize is included within 60 days of delivery. Contact us to start a resize; we will confirm how to send the ring and the expected turnaround before you post it.
