Terms

These terms apply to your use of fenorajewels.com and any purchase from Fenora – Fenilkumar Bhanderi (sole trader), ABN 56 286 315 200. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and pricing

Prices are shown in AUD. Delivery within Australia is complimentary on orders over A$500; any delivery charge for smaller orders is shown at checkout before you pay. We take care to display products accurately, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from screen images.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a price is wrong, we will contact you before processing your order.

2. Orders and payment

Your order is accepted once you receive our confirmation email. Payment is taken at checkout. Custom and made-to-order pieces begin production after payment is received.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are set out on our Shipping Information page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns, refunds and warranty

Our Returns & Exchanges page explains change-of-mind returns. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5. Custom designs

For bespoke pieces we will share a design (CAD) for your approval before production. Once approved, custom pieces cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, designs and text, belongs to Fenora – Fenilkumar Bhanderi (sole trader) and may not be copied without our written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
