What’s the difference between building and custom design?
Building starts from a real Fenora setting: choose your diamond preferences, metal and details, then request a quote. Custom design starts from your own idea with a free consultation.
Can I see my ring before it’s made?
Yes. Your CAD is ready in about 2 days. Fenora confirms your design with you before production.
How long does it take?
CAD in about 2 days, then 10–12 working days to craft and ship. Fenora confirms timing for your design.
I don’t know the ring size. What do I do?
Choose “Help me later” when you build. Contact Fenora for sizing guidance. One complimentary resize is available within 60 days.
Which certificates do I get?
An IGI report for your centre diamond and an SGL certificate for your finished ring. Both come with your ring.
How do I pay for a custom ring?
Send your configuration for a personal quote. Online deposit payment for custom rings is not available yet.
