Can I see my ring before it's made?

Yes. We send you a CAD (a 3D design of your ring) in about 2 days. Nothing is made until you approve it.

How long does it take?

About 2 days for your CAD, then 10–12 working days to craft your ring, then insured express delivery, typically 2–4 business days across Australia.

What if I don't know the ring size?

Choose Help me later and we'll help you find it discreetly. One free resize within 60 days of delivery (full eternity bands can't be resized).

How do I pay?

Send your configuration and Fenora replies with a personal quote. Online payment isn't available for custom rings yet.
