Are Fenora's diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, with the same chemistry and sparkle as mined diamonds. Our centre diamonds are graded by IGI, and the finished ring is certified by SGL. Both certificates come with your ring.
How long does it take to make my ring?
Every ring is made to order. We send your CAD design and render in about 2 days, then crafting takes 10–12 working days, then insured delivery takes about 7–9 days.
Can I see my ring before I pay in full?
Yes. You reserve your ring with a fully refundable A$500 deposit, and we send you a video of the finished ring before you pay the balance.
What is your returns policy?
If your piece is not as described, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. After we receive and check it, we refund the original payment method within 7 business days. The A$500 deposit is fully refundable.
Do you resize rings?
Yes. You get one complimentary resize within 60 days of delivery. We also offer free lifetime care: polishing, claw re-tipping, rhodium re-plating and repair of manufacturing faults.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Australia. Delivery is free and insured on orders over A$500, and your piece arrives in a wooden gift box.
Do you have a showroom?
We are online only, with no showroom. You can book a free 30-minute video or phone consultation, chat with us on WhatsApp, and a Melbourne team member can visit you on request.
What metals do you use?
We use 100% recycled gold in 10KT, 14KT or 18KT, in yellow, white or rose gold.
