Yes — completely free, with no obligation to purchase. We don't charge for design conversations, stone sourcing advice, or budget planning. The only exception is if you order a piece of jewellery — then you'll pay for the piece itself, but the consultation that led to it stays free.
We're in Melbourne (AEST/AEDT). Consultation hours are Mon–Sat: 10am–7pm AEST. Outside Australia? Tell us your timezone and we'll find a time that works.
English, Hindi and Gujarati. For other languages we can arrange a translator on the call with one extra business day's notice — also free.
Nothing required, but it helps if you have a rough budget range in mind, any inspiration photos saved on your phone (Pinterest, Instagram screenshots, etc.), and your finger size if known. If you don't know your size, we'll help during the call. For custom designs, photos of family heirlooms or specific stones you've seen are useful but not necessary.
No. We don't work on commission, and our team isn't incentivised by sale value. If your budget calls for a 1.00ct piece, we'll show you the best options at that weight — not push you to "stretch to 1.50ct." There's no obligation to buy.
Yes. Yash Chandpara leads every consultation personally — whether you book by calendar, form or WhatsApp, it routes to him. We keep notes on every conversation so you never have to re-explain your story.
Most first conversations fit comfortably in 30 minutes. If we need more time, we'll either extend the same call (when possible) or schedule a free follow-up — typically within the same week. There's no cap on how many consultations you can book before deciding.
Of course — please do. Engagement rings, anniversary gifts, family heirlooms — these decisions are rarely made alone. Most of our consultations include a partner, sibling, parent, or trusted friend. Just mention how many people will join when you book so we can prepare appropriately.
